⏰ Departure: 9:00AM from the Lodge. Bus loading starts at 8:30. The bus will not wait for you if you are late!

When placing an order for the event, please remember to:
– One Elk and one guest per order.
– Enter Membership number in the box.
– Enter the number of tickets. Maximum is 2! Any orders with more than two will be canceled and money refunded.
– Feel free to edit your order if needed, then proceed to checkout.
– Enter your payment information and click on “Place order” in the lower toolbar.
– After processing your order, a new screen should appear confirming that your order has been received.
Please check your email for confirmation of your order. It is important to wait for this confirmation before attempting to place another order, as duplicates will be your responsibility to manage.
Additionally, please note that this ticket purchase is for a single event, and all sales are final—NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If you make a duplicate order by mistake, you are responsible for reselling the additional ticket(s). If you cannot attend the event and do not redeem your ticket, the ticket value will be used to cover associated costs for the event.
