Installation Dinner

Charcuterie Table
Tray passed apps: Candied Bacon, Elks Deviled Eggs & 2121 Bruschetta
Salad:
Chopped Salad with ditalini, crispy prosciutto, mozzarella, pickled yellow onions, castelvetrano olives, Italian vinaigrette
Main Entree:
Chicken Marsala, buttermilk whipped potatoes, roasted parmesan zucchini
Cheese Course:
Taleggio Cheese on griddled bread with ginger stone fruit jam. (Single bite to cleanse the palette)
Dessert:
Chocolate Mousse with salted caramel sauce and crushed hazelnuts
