Your Reciept will be announced and approved at the next Lodge Meeting and a check will be cut for your reimbursement. (If an Issue arrises, you will be contacted by the Elks Bookeeper)

All checks will be written on the Thursday following Lodge Meeting approval on Wednesday Night, if the request is in the office by 4:00PM on Monday.
