This Event is FREE for all members & guests just coming to view the Cars & Bicycles.

Public Entrance – 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Vehicle Entrance – 7:00AM
Vendor Setup – 6:00AM – 8:00AM

Food, Beverages and Libations will be available for purchase, pay at the Lodge.

Vehicle and Bicycle – Add “Year and Make” of Vehicle or Bicycle or for Vendor Booth – Add Description of Items you are Selling (Hair Products, Sandwiches, BBQ, Jewelry, etc.)

I, (Name Above) for being allowed to participate in the Fremont Elks Classic Car and Bicycle Show event at the Fremont Elks Lodge #2121, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Fremont Elks Lodge #2121, its officers, employees and members from any claim(s) and/or attorney fees arising out of my participation in this event, except for the sole negligence of the Lodge. I further agree the Lodge is not responsible for damage to my property and waive subrogation on any insurance policy I may have. Furthermore, I allow the use of photographs or images arising out of my participation in this event.

ATTENTION: When registering your car or bicycle you understand, this purchase is for this SINGLE EVENT and all sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. If you do not show up for an event and/or do not redeem your ticket for the event or products provided, this will be considered a donation to the Elks Lodge 2121.
